Easter is just around the corner, which means you have the perfect excuse to make some adorable Spring recipes! Gather your friends for a night of Easter recipes and crafts to prepare for Spring. Not only are these recipes delicious, but they make for a perfect Instagram story!

Bunny Oreo Balls

These Oreo balls are delicious and so much fun to make! All you’ll need is a package of Oreos, 8 ounces of cream cheese, toothpicks, mini marshmallows, pink sanding sugar (or substitute small pink sprinkles), white chocolate melts, and an edible marker or dark food coloring.

First, you’re going to crush all of your Oreos. Ideally, this would be done in a food processor, but you can also crush them in a large Ziploc bag. Next, mix the powdered Oreos with your cream cheese. This is best done in a stand mixer, but if you don’t have one, let the cream cheese come to room temperature and mix by hand. This will form a dough that will be the base for your truffles. Scoop the mixture into approximately 2-tablespoon balls, place on parchment paper, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

Next…the fun part! Cut your mini marshmallows in half to make the ears. Melt your white chocolate in the microwave, and place two of the cooled truffles on your toothpick. Dip in the white chocolate, and while it is still warm, quickly place your cut marshmallows on top to make the ears. Add an upside-down heart sprinkle to make a nose, and once cooled, carefully pull out the toothpick. Place another marshmallow on the opposite side to make a tail. Using an edible marker or dark food coloring, draw on two little dots to make eyes. Enjoy!

Easter Nest Eggs

These nest eggs are so fun and easy to make. All you need is a cup of white or milk chocolate chips and 1 ½ cup of Rice Krispies. Line a muffin tin with plastic wrap, melt your chocolate, and mix in your cereal. Scoop the mixture into your lined muffin tin, and make an indentation in the center until it is a bowl-like shape. Let cool in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, pull them out, and fill with your favorite candy! Recipe from: https://www.thepioneerwoman.com/food-cooking/recipes/a35725859/chocolate-nest-eggs-basket-easter-recipe/
