Sage offers a wide variety of food, juices, smoothies, and cocktails. Our favorite juices from Sage are the Immunity and Cold Kicker, both have ginger which will kick your cold to the curb! Next on our purchase list falls under the Elixir Shots category, our go to order is the Flu Shot and Tummy Tamer. These shots are the ultimate kick start in healing your body we highly recommend both! The smoothies and hybrids are also amazing here be sure to pick up a Magic Matcha on your way out to enjoy while you binge all your favorite shows while you cure your cold.

I Love Juice Bar is located on 1320 McFarland Blvd E Building 520, and they also have a food truck that roams around campus. Juice bar’s hours vary from 7/9 AM opening to a 4/7PM closing be sure to check their hours before making your purchase. Juice Bar has a wide menu smoothies, juices, shots and resets are just to name a few categories. Our favorite smoothies to order from Juice Bar are the Greens and Healthy Blast. These juices tend to be sweeter than Sage Juice Bar because apple juice is incorporated into most smoothies. I Love Juice Bar is our go to for wellness shots and resets. When we feel a cold coming on, our first two shots to order are the Fireball and the Sniffle Stopper. These shots both incorporate ginger and cayenne, trust us when we say you will instantly feel better with these shots. The Anti-inflammatory reset is our favorite set the shop has to offer, this reset is best to enjoy after your cold has passed.
Bama Nutrition also known as Herbalife GB Nutrition
Herbalife GB Nutrition was previously known in Tuscaloosa as Bama Nutrition. The shop has recently moved to right behind Glory Bound on University Blvd. GB Nutrition specializes in shakes and teas, these shakes and teas incorporate immunity boosting supplements such as Vitamin C, CR-7 Hydration, Aloe and so much more. Hydralive Therapy Tuscaloosa
Hydralive Therapy is located on 710 22nd Ave. Hydralive Therapy is an interesting concept and doesn’t offer any yummy drinks except water. They offer a drip IV with a bunch of antioxidants, vitamins, and fluids to keep you healthy. They have three different sessions for you to choose from Hydration, Wellness or Energy & Weight Management. We recommend the Hydration or Wellness session.
