From bars, to restaurants, to excursions, you will want to spend every birthday in Sint Maarten. One of the best activities to do on the island is the Rhino Safari! This is a great way to explore the island in the most fun way possible. Hop on your rhino and ride through 18 nautical miles of water throughout the island. Enjoy some stops along the way for snorkeling, where you can see so many different types of beautiful fish. Have fun on the way back during the rhino race, and hope to be in first place to win a free rum punch! Another great way to celebrate is a catamaran with an open bar! Sail through the water or to different islands, enjoying the sun from the front of the boat or the shade from the back. Have fun and drink however many drinks you want, I recommend the rum punch! A bachelorette trip to Sint Maarten is sure to offer fun adventures, many picturesque moments, and exciting activities for everyone involved. From group dinners to shopping to nights out on the town, Sint Maarten has everything to ensure a successful bachelorette trip. Blue Bitch Bar, located in Philipsburg, is a great place for daytime drinks and food with a lovely view of the ocean. Blue Bitch Bar is much more than its funny name, it was actually built entirely out of driftwood from the horrible hurricane that hit Sint Maarten in 2017. Enjoy the unique story behind Blue Bitch Bar while indulging on a wide variety of foods from burgers to calamari to nachos. Another amazing restaurant that you must visit while on a bachelorette trip in Sint Maarten is Rainbow Cafe. It is located on the beach in Grand Case bay, and the views of the ocean from your table will have you mesmerized. There is also the option to rent chairs at the beach and have food delivered to you. Rainbow Cafe also offers weekly entertainment including a Gypsy Musician on Tuesday’s, DJ Allan P on Thursday’s, a beach party called “Electronic Saturday ” with international DJs on Saturday’s, and another beach party with numerous DJs on Sunday’s. Rainbow Cafe also offers a Boutique called “Wear A Little Piece Of Paradise” where you can find beautiful apparel in vibrant colors and unique styles. To continue your shopping experience, Philipsburg offers many stores to shop in. There are a lot of jewelry, beauty, and souvenir stores. There is also a store in Philipsburg that offers handmade bikinis that are beautiful, good quality, and very unique. To end your night on a bachelorette trip, stop by Lotus NightClub. You are guaranteed to have the most fun of your life with DJs and strobe lights. Wednesday nights are also ladies night where all women get in free and have a free drink. You also have the option of purchasing a private booth at Lotus for a more VIP experience.
Anniversaries:
What better way to commemorate such an important milestone than visiting Sint Maarten? Whether it be your one year anniversary or your 50 year anniversary, Sint Maarten has many activities for any age group. One thing that all couples enjoy are nice dinners with good food, which Sint Maarten has plenty of options for. One of our favorites has been Mr. Chow’s which is located on Rhine Road near many other activities like other restaurants, bars, and casinos. Mr. Chows is an asian restaurant with very well presented food that is fully worth the slightly higher price. What makes Mr. Chow’s so unique is the atmosphere of the restaurant. It is very classy, open-air, and high-end while still being fun and entertaining. Mr. Chow’s would be the perfect place to dress up with your partner and enjoy a nice anniversary dinner. To slow things down, enjoy a relaxing spa experience at Indulgence by The Sea. With views of the ocean surrounding you and being pampered by the staff, a spa will be a great way to relax with your partner and treat yourselves. Lastly, for a nice night cap, take a trip down to Lux Bar in Philipsburg. It is the perfect place to enjoy a fancy cocktail, and is more of a chill vibe than many of the bars and clubs in Sint Maarten.
