By not taking care of yourself and your needs personally, you are failing yourself academically too. You can never fully succeed if you do not manage stress properly and maintain your mental health. So, to achieve all of your academic goals and balance a social life be sure to maintain good sleep, a balanced diet, regular exercise, and continue doing the activities you enjoy and make you happy.
