To kick off this week’s special Galentine’s celebration, you’ll need some champagne glasses, prosecco or champagne, icing, and Valentine’s sprinkles. You and your girlfriends can drink your fun drinks while making the rest of these recipes!
What you’ll need:
- Your favorite prosecco or champagne
- Champagne flutes
- Vanilla icing
- Valentine’s sprinkles
Put a layer of vanilla icing on the rim of each champagne glass. Then put your Valentine’s sprinkles in a bowl and dip the rim of your glass. While it might seem an obvious addition, we had to include a charcuterie board! No girl’s night is complete without one. We love how customizable you can make this, so you can include whatever cheese or snack you enjoy. Grab a charcuterie board and get to making our special Valentine’s Day baked brie!
Baked Brie
What you’ll need:
- Wheel of brie
- A handful of nuts
- Store-bought puff pastry
- All-purpose flour for dusting
- Honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of cold water
To make your baked brie for the charcuterie board, start by preheating your oven to 350. Once hot, put your chopped hazelnuts, walnuts, or pecans on a baking sheet and toast for about 10 minutes. Cut the outer edges of your brie until it is in the shape of a heart (it doesn’t have to be perfect!). Place a sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, and put your heart-shaped brie in the middle. Top with honey and nuts, and then cut the edges of your puff pastry to be an inch wider than the brie. Then fold the edges of your pastry, using extra honey to make sure it sticks to the sides. Grab another sheet of puff pastry and cut to completely cover the brie on top. Now, you want to meet the two puff pastry sheets. If it is difficult for them to stick, put some cold water on your fingers and use it as glue. Beat one egg with a tablespoon of water to make an egg wash, brush it on your dough, and then put it into a 375-degree oven for 20 minutes. Pair with crackers or fruit!

To make your Valentine’s charcuterie board extra special, try this salami rose! Made popular on TikTok, this is the perfect way to add a festive touch to your Galentine’s night.
What you’ll need:
- Salami
- Wine glass
Get a wine glass and some salami, and fold each slice over the rim of the glass. Continue until you have several layers overlapping each other and carefully turn it upside down. Now you have a gorgeous rose and a great addition to your board!
To finish your charcuterie board, you and your friends can add all of your favorite snacks! Throw in some chocolate-covered strawberries or pretzels to stay on theme, or stick to the traditional board and add pickles, crackers, fruit, nuts, and any other cheese.
