Sheet pan meals are a easy favorite—so simple and always delicious! This Garlic Parmesan version features chicken tenders, kielbasa, baby potatoes, and asparagus, but you can easily swap out any ingredients depending on what you have on hand.

What we love most about sheet pan meals is how convenient they are. You can wash and prep the veggies ahead of time, then just toss everything on the sheet pan with some seasoning, pop it in the oven, and dinner is ready in no time!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce
  • 12 oz pack kielbasa
  • Asparagus
  • 24 oz baby potatoes
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
  • Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400°F and prepare a large sheet pan by spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with foil for easy cleanup.

Prep the ingredients: Start by washing the baby potatoes and cutting them into quarters. Add them to a pot of boiling water with a little baking soda (this helps make them crispier). Boil for 8 minutes or until they’re just fork-tender, then drain and set aside.

Prepare the asparagus by washing it and trimming off the tough ends.

Slice the kielbasa into rounds. I recommend using smoked or beef kielbasa for the best flavor.

Season the potatoes: Toss the parboiled potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (or your favorite seasonings). Spread them on one section of the sheet pan.

Season the asparagus: Add the washed asparagus to the same bowl, season with similar spices, and place it on another section of the sheet pan.

Add kielbasa: Scatter the sliced kielbasa on the sheet pan.

Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Brush with Parmesan garlic sauce (like Buffalo Wild Wings brand or your choice) and place them on the sheet pan.

Bake: Roast everything in the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. If there’s extra liquid from the chicken, drain it and broil for an extra 1–2 minutes to crisp up the chicken. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning!

Enjoy!
