A fun, low energy workout that can zen you out.

Move with Nicole offers multiple types of yoga and pilates workouts at different time increments to fit your busy schedule. With a picture perfect backgrounds, each video shows the movements you should be doing as well as verbal directions are given. No equipment is required for these workouts as you’ll use your body weight and cardio movement to exercise.
Yoga With Adriene is a yoga instructor that posts Youtube videos regularly filled with yoga routines to get your blood flowing. Each video has step by step instruvtions and she even includes alternative movements so you can feel comfortable at any skill level. But the best part is she usually includes her sweet dog, Benji in every video. [/ohio_text]

Suggested equipment: dumb bells but some videos require no equipment at all.
Sydney Cummings is a fitness instructor with an emphasis on no equipment workouts. With high energy music and Sydney’s encouragement throughout each set, these workouts go by so quickly that it doesn’t even feel like you’re working out. Each workout has about 4-6 sets per exercise and multiple exercises focused on arms, legs, core, or full body.
