NYFW Spring 2025 Recap

Share

A look at some of our favorites that hit the runway this past week during spring fashion week in New York City.

Zoe Gustavia Anna Whalen

Whalen’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection displayed at NYFW features a dismantled feminine look – long flowing skirts torn to beautiful tatters, and flowing layers of tulle and lace. Whalen says she prefers to work as a DIY operation, curating sustainability with Medieval and Victorian romanticized influences which can be seen in her work.

Joseph Altuzurra

Casual loose silhouettes are a driving force in Altuzurra’s inspiration for his fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection. Striving to achieve his goal of a collection that appears to be composed from a closet of hand me down clothing from generations past and restyling them to fit the current age and attitudes.

Carolina Herrera

Minimalist draping is the name of the game for Carolina Herrera this spring– but nothing about the looks are minimalist at all, featuring oversized skirts and sleeves that offer emphasis to the female frame drawing attention to its simple beauty whilst embracing the structure of corporate-core.

Collina Strada

This year consisted of numerous fun patterns that included both flowers, fun ruffles, and bubble skirts. The elements of fashion in these pieces contrast the environment perfectly. Showing that 2025 style is all dependent on how it is styled to provide a statement both social and personal that catches all eyes offering a grunge yet feminine vibe.
