This past week of Reality TV came with new drama to unfold and tough goodbyes in The Golden Bachelorette and Dancing With The Stars. We had exciting two nights of episodes of Dancing With The Stars with guest judges Rosie Perez and Gene Simmons. In the Golden Bachelorette, we saw our fan favorite go home this week which left us with saddened hearts. As all of that unfolded, new drama came about with The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives revolving Jen Affleck and Miranda Hope. Dancing With The Stars
“Soul Train Night” on “Dancing With The Stars” 2024 was an exciting and vibrant celebration of soul music and dance. The episode featured contestants performing to classic soul hits, showcasing both their dancing skills and the rich history of the genre.
Each couple embraced the lively atmosphere, incorporating elements of funk and rhythm into their routines. The set design probably reflected the iconic “Soul Train” vibe, with colorful backgrounds and a festive mood.

Guest judge Rosie Perez, had the time of her life judging Monday nights dances and gave our dancer some great scores to end the night. The night was filled with standout performances, memorable outfits, and perhaps even a few surprises.
Audience reactions and scores would be crucial, impacting who would advance in the competition.
Some of our favorites from Monday night were Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson, Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong, as well as Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold. Stephen and Rylee performed an exciting and energetic quickstep that resulted in a total score of 30 on Monday night. On Tuesday night, they switched things up a bit for a fun foxtrot to impress the judges with Stephen’s appreciation for their critics from Monday nights episode. Stephen showed impressive improvement and continues to shine each week. He scored higher than Monday night at a 32 out of 40 which was well deserved.
Joey Graziadei and partner Jenna Johnson have been on fire these past few weeks. Week after week Joey comes back better than he was before by adding more difficult steps into their live performances. We expect Joey to be a top contender this entire competition and have a feeling we will see him in the top three for the rest of his time on Dancing With The Stars. On Tuesday, Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson performed a lively routine on “Dancing with the Stars.” They danced a tango, showcasing sharp movements and strong chemistry. Their performance was filled with dramatic flair, and they received positive feedback from the judges for their technical execution and expressive storytelling. The dance stood out for its intensity and the way they conveyed the emotions of the tango. Fans appreciated their energy and connection on the floor, which helped them stand out in the competition.
And finally another top favorite was Chandler and Brandon both Monday and Tuesday night. Chandler, known for her acting and dancing skills, brings a vibrant energy to the competition. Brandon, a talented professional dancer, showcases his expertise in guiding her through various styles.
Their performances typically highlight a mix of charisma, creativity, and technical skill. Fans appreciate their chemistry and the way they work together to create memorable routines.
Monday night, Chandler and Brandon brought us a unique Cha Cha that not only impressed us viewers, but also the judges. Chandler and Brandon received a total score of 36 after night one. She continues to improve each week and we know we’re going to see a 10 from the judges here soon. Tuesday night we saw a fabulous jive from them that raised their total combined score from both nights to a 69 landing them in the top 3 from judges scores.
It was a tough night on Tuesday night to watch some of our favorite stars leave, Reginald Veljohnson and Eric Roberts. Eric Roberts and Reginald VelJohnson faced elimination on “Dancing with the Stars” after a couple of performances that, while entertaining, may not have scored as highly as others. Both Eric and Reginald brought their unique personalities to the show, but the competition is tough, and judges’ scores, combined with audience votes, ultimately determine who stays and goes. Their elimination sparked conversations among fans about their journeys and performances. Both stars put their heart and soul into the competition and it will definitely be strange not seeing them on the dance floor this week.
The Golden Bachelorette
On the October 8, 2024, episode of “The Golden Bachelor,” viewers witnessed heartfelt moments and emotional connections as the remaining contestants continued to vie for the affection of the bachelor. The episode featured romantic group dates and intimate one-on-one conversations, allowing participants to share their life stories and experiences.
Tensions rose as some contestants formed deeper bonds, while others faced challenges in their relationships. The bachelorette had to make tough decisions, leading to poignant eliminations that highlighted the vulnerability and genuine emotions of everyone involved.

The group date this week was very fun and playful showing off the men at Chippendales. They learned some moves from the performers to showcase their skills to Joan Vassos where she shared lots of giggles and smiles with the men. They tried on some amazing costumes that showed off their own personalities as well as alter egos. these costumes included firefighters, teachers, and cowboys. It was exciting to see the men let loose and have fun with the group date. Some were definitely better than others at the whole performance aspect and as a result, they raised tons of money for cancer. They all truly have an amazing heart and Joan would be lucky to get engaged to any of the men on the show.
The men of The Golden Bachelorette are constantly pulling at our heartstrings. Their precious mindsets and attitudes throughout the whole experience have been uplifting to watch and eye opening. We sadly had to say goodbye to Charles this week and to say that was devastating is an understatement. His outlook on life is inspiring and we are happy that this experience has helped him to grief the loss of his late wife.
With that, we are still excited to see what this season holds and who Joan will end with in the end!
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives
There has been recent news that Season 2 is coming from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. In season 2 of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” viewers can expect a deeper exploration of the complexities and personal stories of women within the LDS community. The season is likely to delve into themes of faith, family dynamics, and the challenges of navigating relationships both inside and outside the church.
Expect more candid discussions about personal struggles, societal expectations, and the diverse experiences of the women featured. Although we are unsure who exactly we will see back in this season, it has been confirmed that Taylor Frankie Paul, Jen Affleck, Mayci Neeley, and many others will be in the new season. Rumors are spreading that one of the MomTok favorites, Miranda Hope is going to on this season. This was shocking to fans as she has spoken on podcasts about the show and why she didn’t want to participate. We’ll have to see if she is just making a guest appearance or is now apart of the new MomTok.
Speaking of Jen Affleck, rumors are circling that her and her husband Zac Affleck are either on a break or going through a divorce. Multiple Tik Toks have been posted where there is no ring visible on Jenn’s finger and well as a Tik Tok posted by Mikayla Matthews that hints to their divorce. Do you think they are just messing with us to gain more attention around the show? The motive is still unknown and Jen Affleck has not formally come out and given her statement. If this news is true, we could have a drama filled Season 2 coming soon that will keep us at the edge of our seats.
